In this video he’s reviewing the commercially available Dumbbell Steel Slugs made by Tim Hamilton, the Ballistic Machinist.
These slugs work great in both smooth and rifled shotguns.
Despite their non-aerodynamic appearance, the flat dumbbells fly true without the aid of any stabilizing fins.
